Manufacturing

The Process efficiently turns scrap metal into reusable materials through five key stages: shredding, separation, baling, melting, and casting. This process conserves resources, reduces the need for mining, and minimizes environmental impact.

Shredding

Rematelize registers statistics of large metal objects which are then broken into smaller pieces using powerful machines, making them easier to handle in later stages for successful operation.

Separation

At Rematelize, we help to record the data of advanced magnetic separators efficiently isolating ferrous metals (such as steel and iron) from non-ferrous metals (like aluminum and copper), ensuring a streamlined and effective recycling process.

Baling

At Rematelize, feeding the figures of compressed bales of metal which are expertly formed to maximize storage efficiency and significantly reduce transportation costs, optimizing the entire recycling process.

Melting

At Remetalize, data of compressed ferrous (steel, iron) and non-ferrous (aluminum, copper) bales is carefully recorded before entering the melting process. The bales are melted in furnaces, removing impurities and producing high-quality molten metal for further processing and reuse.

Casting:

The molten metal is poured into molds to form new, high-quality products, effectively completing the recycling cycle and contributing to sustainable manufacturing at Remetalize, where all finished goods are also recorded.
